Week 3, Day 1:

Read Psalm 104.

Wonder:

  • I wonder what God looks like dressed in sunshine?

  • I wonder what it feels like to ride on a chariot made of clouds?

  • I wonder how God talks to fire and flame?

  • I wonder what God’s roar sounds like? I wonder if it’s scary?

  • I wonder if we will ever see all of God’s creation?

  • I wonder how it feels to be fed by God?

  • I wonder how God enjoys His creation?

  • I wonder what your song of joy sounds like?

  • I wonder what you would sing about in God’s creation?

  • I wonder what it looks like for our soul to bless God?

  • I wonder what you wonder about?

Week 3, Day 2:

Learn about pollinators: what are they and why are they important? Watch this video to find out!

Count the pollinators in your yard: use this sheet to track the pollinators -- bees, butterflies, insects, or birds -- you see. Then, if you would like, you can share your count with The Great Sunflower Project. Or, for a rainy day or the bug-averse, find the pollinators on this coloring sheet.

Week 3, Day 3:

Watch this amazing video of a monarch butterfly as it hatches from its egg and becomes an adult.

Create a piece of art with plants and pollinators: use materials you find outdoors, craft materials you have, crayons, markers -- whatever your creativity comes up with.

Reflect, as you create your plants and pollinators, on how amazing it is that God created this whole amazing world.

Bonus:

If you missed it in the very first week -- or if you’re still working on completing it! -- here’s our nature scavenger hunt. Notice how many things you’ve learned more about this summer.
